GF Sorghum Brownies

Sorghum Brownies

This is a very simple recipe since it only uses sorghum flour. I find I often don’t have the right combination of flours for many recipes.   The brownies are in between the chewy variety and the cake like version.  It you like it gooier add only one egg. For a little more cake like brownie add 2 eggs.  Here is my recipe.  My family doesn’t complain when I fix these!!sorghum granola 003
